By using this website, purchasing services or digital products, or entering therapeutic/coaching work with Elaine Ball, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Purpose of This Website

This website provides information about therapeutic services, soul-led guidance, breathwork, sound healing, digital products, and resources offered by Elaine Ball.
Nothing on this website is a substitute for emergency mental health support or medical advice.

If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, emergency services (999), or NHS 111 immediately.

3. Therapeutic & Coaching Services

By booking 1:1 therapy, breathwork, or soul-led sessions with Elaine Ball, you agree to the following:

3.1. Professional Boundaries

• Elaine Ball is a qualified integrative psychotherapist using IFS-informed, EMDR-informed, somatic and soul-led approaches.
• Sessions are held within ethical, confidential, and safe practice.
• Therapy is not a replacement for medical care, psychiatric intervention, or diagnosis.

3.2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:
• your wellbeing between sessions
• attending sessions sober and in a stable mental state
• informing Elaine of any significant changes to your health or safety

3.3. Session Payments

• All sessions are paid for in advance.
• Packages (Homecoming, Remembering Experience) must be paid according to the agreed instalment plan.
• Late payments may pause access to services.

3.4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed sessions are chargeable in full.
• Emergency exceptions may be made at Elaine’s discretion.

4. Digital Products, Guides & The Hidden Vault

Digital products include: journals, rituals, guides, templates, audio journeys, and self-paced materials.

4.1. No Refunds

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4.2. Personal Use Only

You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials.
Copyright remains with Fulfilpotential Ltd.

5. Group Work, Circles & Workshops

When attending group experiences (breathwork, sound healing, ceremonies, workshops), you agree to:

• take responsibility for your wellbeing
• follow safety instructions
• acknowledge that breathwork and somatic work may evoke strong emotions and should not be undertaken while driving, under the influence, pregnant (unless cleared), or with certain medical conditions

You are encouraged to speak to Elaine if unsure whether a practice is suitable for you.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared in 1:1 sessions is confidential except where:

• there is risk of harm to yourself or others
• safeguarding concerns arise
• disclosure is required by law

Elaine will always aim to discuss this with you first whenever possible.

7. Disclaimer

While therapeutic, somatic, and soul-led approaches can be powerful, results cannot be guaranteed.
Your transformation depends on your commitment, safety, nervous system, life circumstances, and readiness for this work.

Nothing on this site or in sessions is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychiatric condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fulfilpotential Ltd is not responsible for:
• any decisions you make based on website content or session insights
• technological issues or interruptions
• indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service purchased.

9. Payment Plans

If you enter a multi-month immersion or payment plan:

• You are responsible for completing all payments.
• Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.
• Payment plans are not subscriptions and must be honoured in full once started.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including written material, videos, audio recordings, graphics, and digital products, is owned by Fulfilpotential Ltd.

You may not copy, share, edit, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. External Links

We may occasionally share or link to external resources.
We are not responsible for the content or safety of third-party websites.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
